Be the voice behind our community. You’ll engage across our client and agency accounts by replying to comments and DMs, assist on content shoots, and support our Creative Director with day to day operations. Perfect for someone who lives on social media and wants hands on experience at a growing agency.
What you’ll do

Stay active on client and agency accounts, replying to comments and DMs and growing each community

Assist on content shoots with setup, gear, and keeping things running smoothly on set

Keep our Creative Director informed and organized while he’s on the go

Support day to day office operations

Knows Instagram and TikTok inside and out

Sales Representative
Part Time or Full Time | San Diego, CA | Base Pay + Commission
Help bring new brands into the Inovatory family. You’ll connect with local businesses through cold calls, email outreach, and in person visits, introducing them to our social media, content production, and website services. Perfect for a confident communicator who loves creative work and wants to earn more as they grow.
What you’ll do

Find and reach out to local businesses through cold calls, email outreach, and door to door visits

Introduce our services in social media management, content production, and web design

Book discovery calls and meetings with our leadership team

Follow up on leads and keep our pipeline organized

Build lasting relationships with businesses across San Diego
What we’re looking for

Based in San Diego and comfortable meeting businesses in person

Understands social media, websites, and the creative industry

Confident on the phone and face to face, and not afraid of a “no”

Self motivated, organized, and goal driven

Sales or B2B experience is a plus, but not required
