By signing a contract with Inovatory, you are agreeing to fulfill the full term of the agreement. Early termination or cancellation of services will result in penalties, as each project requires dedicated hours and resources. Legal action may be taken if a contract is breached before completion.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published. Inovatory will provide content for review in a timely manner. Once approved by the client, all responsibility for the content falls on the client. Inovatory is not liable for any issues or damages arising from the approved content.

  Social Media Content: All photography, video, and content created by Inovatory is intended for social media use only, unless the client purchases additional usage rights.

Content Rights: Clients may use Inovatory’s content on social media platforms for the duration of our partnership. Once the contract ends, the content may only be used on social media for up to one year, unless additional rights are purchased. Unauthorized use of content after this period will result in legal action.

Extended Usage: To use content (photography, videography, etc.) for other purposes such as print, billboards, or other media, the client must purchase full rights.

Payments must be made on time as specified in the contract. If payment is late, Inovatory reserves the right to charge a late fee in accordance with legal limits. If payment is not received within one week of notification, late fees will begin accruing, and all services will be suspended until payment is made. Persistent non-payment may result in legal action, and clients are responsible for all fees incurred.

Social media marketing services (including content creation, photography, and graphic design) are delivered on a schedule. If the client cancels these services early, a penalty will be applied to compensate for the hours and work already invested.

Social Digital Branding is a small integration to the client’s existing branding. This service is only provided if requested at the start of the contract and must be paid for if the brand does not already have these assets. The designs created under this service are exclusively for social media purposes or for any additional designs specifically requested and paid for via Inovatory. This service does not replace or serve as a full branding package, nor does it mean Inovatory has been hired for a complete branding project.

The Social Design Deck consists of custom design templates created based on the brand’s content pillars established at the start of the contract. These templates are intended for social media use only. If the client wishes to use these designs for print or other purposes, an additional payment must be made to Inovatory for the necessary rights and file adjustments.

All Social Digital Branding, Social Design Deck assets, photos, and videos created by Inovatory remain the sole property of Inovatory unless full rights are purchased. Clients do not own or have the right to use any designs, photos, or videos outside of the social media platforms assigned in their contract unless Inovatory has been paid for full rights. Any pending payments automatically revoke the client’s right to use any content created by Inovatory. In cases of unpaid invoices, Inovatory reserves the right to remove, disable, or take legal action to prevent the use of its intellectual property. Unauthorized use of designs, photos, or videos outside of the agreed-upon platforms, without purchasing rights, or with any outstanding balance owed, may result in legal action to protect Inovatory’s intellectual property. Clients may use Inovatory’s content only for the duration of the partnership. Once the contract ends, all content may only be used for social media for up to one year unless additional rights are purchased. If a client wishes to use any photography, videography, or designs for print, billboards, commercials, websites, or any platform outside of social media, they must purchase extended usage rights.

Inovatory manages social media accounts on major platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. We handle content creation, strategy, and advertising for these platforms and work closely with clients to ensure their brand is represented according to their vision.
